In order to build a stable structure, a solid foundation is required.

Froehling Anderson has a foundation of mission, vision, and values. Who we are can be seen in what we do as well as how we do it -- and we've been doing it for 75 years. Over the course of 2021 so far, we have spent time reflecting on where we started and how we have grown. In this blog, we want to explore how we define ourselves and how we want people to know us as a brand.

First, let's focus in on our mission: "To provide creative financial solutions with objectivity and integrity to closely held businesses."

Each client that we work with brings a unique set of circumstances to the table. We are committed to understanding their situation inside and out and providing them with solutions that are creative in their problem-solving approach. Our firm differentiation is that each of our clients gets a firm backing when they work with us. They are not just one person's client, they are the entire firm's client. This allows us to put our heads together as a team and ensure that no details are missed. We establish the best possible outcomes for our clients because we use more than one perspective.

We hold ourselves accountable to every client, every community member, and every co-worker that we interact with. Every relationship matters to us, and we establish trust by showing respect. We also take ownership over each decision that we make as a firm. We are responsible for the choices that we make, and we don't take that lightly. We strive for not only excellence overall, but excellent in every step that it takes to get to the final product.
